- Pour the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet for an even layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Cool and Roll:
- Let the cake cool for a few minutes. Once cool enough to handle, roll the cake tightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to help it keep its shape.
